This Privacy Policy explains how DNKS Solutions handles personal information collected through this website — what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights available to you.

1. Introduction

DNKS Solutions (“DNKS Solutions”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have.

This policy applies to this website and to enquiries you send us through it. It does not apply to third-party websites we link to, or to services we deliver under a separate written agreement, which may have their own data protection terms.

By using this website you agree to this policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the website or send us your information.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit our enquiry form or contact us directly, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, work email address, company name, phone number, the service you are interested in, your indicative budget, and the description of your project. If you email or call us, we keep a record of that correspondence.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit. This may include your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, the pages you view, the date and time of your visit, and the page that referred you. This information helps us keep the site secure and understand how it is used.

Information we ask you not to send

We do not ask for, and request that you do not send us, sensitive personal information through this website — for example government identification numbers, financial account details, health information or passwords.

3. How we use your information

We use the information described above to:

  • respond to your enquiry and provide the information or proposal you asked for
  • discuss your requirements and, if you engage us, deliver and administer our services
  • maintain records of our communications with you
  • operate, secure, maintain and improve this website
  • detect, prevent and investigate fraud, misuse or security incidents
  • comply with our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations
  • send you service updates or marketing messages where you have asked for them or we are otherwise permitted to send them — you can opt out at any time

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Our legal bases for processing

Where data protection law requires a legal basis for processing your personal information, we rely on one or more of the following:

  • Your consent — for example when you submit an enquiry or ask for updates. You may withdraw consent at any time.
  • Performance of a contract — to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to deliver services under one.
  • Our legitimate interests — to run and secure our website and business, provided your rights do not override those interests.
  • Legal obligation — where we must keep or disclose information to comply with applicable law.

If you are in India, we process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process personal data in line with the GDPR.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. Any cookies or browser storage used are strictly necessary for the website to work.

We load fonts from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests those files from Google’s servers, which means Google receives your IP address and basic request information. This is covered by Google’s own privacy policy.

If we add analytics or other tracking technologies in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

6. How we share information

We treat your information as confidential and share it only in these circumstances:

  • Service providers — suppliers who host our website, deliver our email or provide business tools, acting on our instructions and under confidentiality obligations
  • Professional advisers — such as our accountants or lawyers, where necessary
  • Legal and regulatory — where we must disclose information by law, court order or to a competent authority, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims
  • Business transfers — if our business is reorganised, merged or acquired, information may pass to the new owner under the same protections

We never sell, rent or trade your personal information.

7. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes set out in this policy. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are normally deleted within 24 months of our last contact with you.

If you become a client, we keep records for the duration of our relationship and for as long afterwards as we are required to for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting.

8. How we protect information

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration. These include encrypted connections to this website, access controls, and limiting access to people who need it to do their job.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you send information to us at your own risk.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • ask what personal information we hold about you and request a copy
  • ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
  • ask us to delete information we no longer need
  • ask us to restrict or object to certain processing
  • ask us to transfer your information to another provider, where technically feasible
  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal
  • nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity, where the law provides for this

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@dnks.in. We will respond within the time required by applicable law, and normally within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity first.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your data protection authority — in India, the Data Protection Board of India; in the EEA or the UK, your local supervisory authority.

10. International transfers

We are based in India, and our service providers may store or process information in other countries. Where personal information is transferred outside your country, we take steps to keep it protected in line with this policy and applicable law, including using providers who offer appropriate safeguards and contractual protections.

11. Children’s privacy

This website is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Links to other websites

Our website may link to third-party websites and resources. We are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any website you visit from ours.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology or legal obligations. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to bring them to your attention.
